Integrated Intruder Alarm, Access Control, and Video Intercom Installation

The Cambridge ADHD & Autism Centre required a security upgrade that would make day-to-day access simpler, strengthen site protection and give the team more convenient control over key security systems.

The project involved upgrading the centre’s intruder alarm system, adding remote control functionality so the system can be managed more easily when required. Access control was also upgraded, with a new video intercom installed at the front door to help the team manage visitors more safely and efficiently.

A key part of the project was the integration between the access control and intruder alarm systems. This allows the access control to arm and disarm the intruder alarm, helping to reduce separate manual steps and making the system easier for the centre’s team to use.
